Communicants Class We are delighted when our covenant children are interested in taking Communion. In order to assure that they are spiritually ready to do so, our Session (elders) interviews the children. Before that can happen however we ask that all interested children take the Communicants class offered three times a year. In this class children are taught what the Lord's Supper is, what sacrament means and much more. The remaining dates for 2008 are April 26th, August 9th and November 22nd. |

Home Fellowship Groups Home Fellowship Groups are small enough to give you a chance to get to know the other participants. The purpose of a group like this is to gather for Bible study and prayer, and to care about each other in a more informal setting. Home Fellowship Groups are intended to connect you with others in the church. It is an intentional face to face gathering of individuals and families on a regular time schedule with the common purpose of discovering and growing in Christ. |

ISI - Iron Sharpens Iron All the men of Redeemer belong to this group of united brothers. The purpose of our men's ministry is to: - Help connect men who encourage, support, and pray for each other in their struggles against all types of sin. "As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another" (Proverbs 27:17); - Help men start or continue their journey toward becoming an authentic Christian man who follows Jesus. "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit" (Matthew 28:19); - Equip men for spiritual service in the home, workplace, and community while finding proper balance for their commitments to family, work, and faith. "If they obey and serve him, they will spend the rest of their days in prosperity and their years in contentment" (Job 36:11) We are "Sharpening Men to Transform the World"! |

WIC - Women In the Church The purpose of WIC is to glorify God by providing opportunities to fulfill the Titus 2 mandate: But as for you, teach what accords with sound doctrine. Older women likewise are to be reverent in behavior, not slanderers or slaves to much wine. They are to teach what is good, and so train the young women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled, pure, working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be reviled. (Tit 2:1, 3-5) The mission of Redeemer WIC is to encourage and enhance each woman's spiritual maturity. By nurturing one another, we seek to glorify God as we assist in meeting the needs of the women and our covenant family. All women at Redeemer belong to WIC. |
